RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Review orders upon receipt - Discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The Return/Exchange policy is on the reverse side of your invoice. Please follow all instructions carefully. If not available download a copy of the Returns and Exchange Policy (Adobe Acrobat Reader needed.) by clicking on the "Forms & Worksheets" link at the top of the page. Complete and enclose the form with your return or exchange package and ship via insured mail or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL / APO / FPO ORDERS
All orders shipped outside the continental United States will be shipped via an Express Delivery Service to insure delivery. These orders are subject to additional shipping & handling charges. Duties & value added taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Email customerservice@budgetgraduation.com with item(s), quantity(ies), exact ship to address, and when the product is required and an International Sales Representative will respond with estimated charges.
