Orders received after 2pm (PST) will be processed the following business day.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless manufacturing error.
Once order is placed no additional items can be added or removed and order cannot be cancelled.
Returns / Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Products must be returned in good, usable condition and in original packaging. If an item is defective or damaged, please call us to evaluate all the options for an exchange or full refund. All returns* are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Due to health concerns, wearable’s, headwear and food items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include: glow products, custom imprinted items, seasonal and/or dated items after the event date. All closeout sales are final and cannot be returned.
NOTE: A Return Form must be included with returned item to receive credit. Products received without a Return Form may not be accepted. If the returned Products are not accepted, no refund or exchange will be granted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender.
The restocking fee will not apply to returns resulting in immediate exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Please contact our Customer Care Center to begin the exchange process.
Payment must accompany all orders.
A certified check or money order will speed delivery. Personal checks will delay shipment of your order by 10 business days.
Only certified check, money order or credit card accepted for Next Day and Two Day Express services. Sorry, no personal checks.
Please send one check only. Orders with multiple checks will be returned.
$30.00 fee for each returned check please any applicable sales tax.
Minimum $20 on all credit cards orders.
1.5% monthly charge on all past due accounts.
All orders shipped outside of the continental United States will be shipped via am express service to ensure delivery. These orders are subject to additional shipping & handling charges. Duties and Value Added Taxes are the responsibility or the customer.
